After spending the winter on a strict training program of hydrating on the best stella money can buy and carb loading like my life depended on it. I was very surprised to find my self a bit unfit and over wieght for the swanmore race.
I was even more suprised to find myself getting good starts (for me not by olly's standards) and ending up with a 5th overall in the A's.
good times.
Now to see if I can carbo load and drink myself into a top 3!
