Hi guys, im thinking of investing in a couple of go pro cams, fitting then to a couple of different helmets sizes & renting them out per race or 20 min practice session.

My idea would be to charge around £15 per usagage, I could send a cd or email the footage the following day.

Obviously if you decided to use this service you would need to use the helmet provided, at meetings i would have the helmets pass through scrutineering & be visually inspected after each usage. If the helmets were involved in a accident they would be replaced.

What everyone's opinions on this ?

Any pitfalls ive not thought of ?

What do you think of the price point ?

Not a bad idea but i would suggest just using a chesty, that way you wont have to fork out on helmets and replace them every time someone crashes. also people are funny on what they put on there head, well i know i am, wouldn't let anyone else wear mine thats for shore. but defiantly consider the chesty, i got one and although you dont see as much of the track you get a got look at the movement involved, how much your arms work under braking on braking bumps and when your sat down in corners, all which you cant see with a hemet cam, check this one out
