so foxholes track looked pretty crap.speaking to a few people don't think it's a favourite! i know tracks are hard to come by (and expensive,£6000 to use farleigh castle for the vets des nations weekend) but surely there's better tracks available.

Totally agree, their are tracks out their, its just down to the club and the riders if they would want to travel to have the privaledge to race these better tracks (I'm all in for the travelling) as we all know Foxholes is in a serious need of a revamp now after racing Sunday haha.

Cheers

what about the old track at lambourne? is langrish not avaible for club meetings? is it not worth approaching some farmers about getting the use of some new land.(although i have enquired to a few local farmers myself and had no success). i'd rather ride a good old fast flowing natural track like alresford than a tight twisty jump infested outdoor superx track like grittenham.what about asking tony ford if the club could use the elvetham track at fleet.

New tracks are getting harder to find and those that are available are pretty worn out however locally there's not much else to use. The local tracks like Swanmore, West Meon, Binstead amd Foxholes are the back bone of HMX and still offer up some good racing. I don't think there are many other local clubs that can boast to have 10 different tracks in the first 10 meetings of the 13 round season one of which being the GP and Des Nations circuit of Matterley Basin! SMX use the same 3 tracks all year round and I can't see Jamie asking to use one of theirs not that Tony Ford would allow it anyway. Langrish would be awesome but is a no go as this seems to be reserved for the British rounds only. Yarley and Grittenham are new for this season, Whitings Water is always superbly prepared, Fobdown is old school grass track that always rides well and Owslebury is a cracker as long as it doesn't chuck down with rain. What else do you want???

As Hovis said, any new suggestions are welcome....
